Terms & Conditions — PCROP Solutions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PCROP / PCROP Farm & Market mobile application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and uninstall the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Service. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Nature of Service (Facilitator Only)

PCROP is an information-sharing and listing platform that helps farmers, retailers, and mandi owners connect with each other.

Not a Party to Transactions: We are NOT a party to any transaction, agreement, order, sale, or purchase made between users. Such arrangements are strictly between the users involved.

No Guarantees: We do not verify, guarantee, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, pricing, or accuracy of listings, products, shops, or mandi information.

Independent Verification: Users are advised to act with caution and verify all details (identity, product quality, and payment terms) independently before making any decisions.

4. User Accounts & OTP Security

Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current details (name, phone number, and business info) during registration.

Authentication: Login is performed via One-Time Password (OTP). You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information without prior notice.

5. Business Listings & Communication

By creating a listing or business profile:

• Public Visibility: Your business phone number and location may be displayed to      other users to facilitate trade.
• Anti-Spam: Users are strictly prohibited from misusing, spamming, or commercially      exploiting the contact details of other users found on the platform.
• Device Location: Device location is used only with your permission to show nearby      mandis and services.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Payment Processing: Payments are handled by authorized third-party gateways and/or app stores. We do not store sensitive bank, card, or UPI details.

Auto-Renewal: Some subscription plans may automatically renew. You can manage or cancel renewals via your App Store settings or your account dashboard.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle unless required by law.

Account Deletion & Subscriptions:
If you delete your PCROP account, any active subscriptions linked to your account will be cancelled going forward.
Account deletion or cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by law.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• “Scrape,” extract, or copy platform data for commercial use without our express      written permission
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual      property rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, PCROP Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses, product quality issues, or disputes arising between users
• Inaccurate mandi prices or crop information provided by third parties

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app design, and software code are the property of PCROP Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose only. You may not reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of the Service.

9A. Account Deletion & Termination (NEW)

You may stop using the Service at any time.
To request full account deletion, email support@pcrop.in.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

Deleting your account will also cancel future subscription renewals as stated in Section 6.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or the law. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
